Got my metal springs in, right side broke while brushing teeth because they didnt put it on tight and now my left one has also fallen out, 2 days spent with Natalie hanging out of my mouth

We are sorry you feel this way. Our staff came in on a weekend within 20mins of your call to assist you with the issue. It was a FORSUS spring which can come apart when chewing. You were instructed on how to fix that also. You are ahead of your treatment time and your results are great so we hope you can now remove the review, or perhaps rate us more positively :)
