They only do same-day appointments and don’t work a set schedule. Taking a day off work is a gamble because you’ll likely be told to try again tomorrow. If you call first thing they’re already booked until mid-late afternoon, I’m surprised they can legally operate.

I called to ask how I can pay a bill that I was sent, I live out of the province, and the receptionist was rude. She snapped at me about how every piece of paperwork sent out of their office costs money. I wasn’t complaining about the bill, I was expecting. I was inquiring about the methods of payment. Very rude, and complete lack of customer service. Be warned, don’t expect a warm welcome at Tillsonburg Family Physician’s - but do expect to be berated and belittled by their inconsiderate staff.
