I had wanted to pro-rate my unit for 4 days into the next pay period, but due to being away on vacation, missed the email notice saying the payment was coming and had a month of rent withdrawn on the day I returned from vacation. I immediately called Access to tell them I was only staying for another 5 days, but they said that they never do refunds so they can't refund me the month ($300) and pro-rate me for the four days I will actually use the unit. Very disappointed.
I am writing to inform you of the exceptional service I received at this location. After resourcing many storage companies I chose to go with your company based on many factors. The level of customer service I received from Altaf, Jay Jay and Vember, They went above and beyond all the other storage facilities I contacted. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the contract thoroughly and were more than happy to show us many options available to us.
