Bloomex Toronto Flowers & Gift Baskets

The absolute worst experience using bloomex to order Valentine’s Day flowers. I ordered 3 dozen, supersize long stem pink roses, with a deluxe box and a Make-A-Wish teddy. I paid extra for the supersize long stem version, extra for the deluxe box and extra for delivery for Valentine’s DAY. The flowers arrives at 10:30 PM on Valentine’s night. The teddy was not as advertised - not even close. There was no deluxe box, just a cardboard box with tape all over it. Absolute disgrace of a company

UNPROFESSIONAL company and their customer service is terrible! Did not RECEIVE my online order and was not contacted to be updated on that. Stay Away!!!

I ordered at bloomex flowers for a birthday delivery . I am really dissapointed there was nothing similar with what i ordered online. The picture is what I ordered and what was delivered... ??? ( 0 Star ????)

Pretty much a scam flower company.. Pictures are nothing like what’s delivered. “Upgrades” to supersize are actually SUPER SMALL! Even contacting the customer service to take of the issue was only offered 20$ on my next purchase... why would I want that if I choose to never use your service again.!! Please believe all the bad hype on the net about this so called flower company..

As you can see below the left was expectation and right was reality. Not even the same flowers. When I reached out to customer service they said that they are same colour scheme and that is acceptable to them. Dont use them, price is not worth what you get and customer service is terrible.
