I've been here a couple of times and they were friendly. They were awesome. They made me feel very comfortable while getting waxed. The first I went I was afraid of it but they helped me to be free and confident. The place is nice and very cozy inside.

Good easy clean plane staff friendly. Have gotten my eyebrows and lip threaded before but this was definetly the best. Very impressed!
