Simon Lee of Ottawa lost the accessories and wants another set. Customers such as these are a liability to local businesses who are trying to survived in this challenging environment. He is taking advantage of the challenging environment The manufacturer has confirmed to me that the accessories are included in the package and we even show him the email by the manufacturer that the warranty is not covered if the customer lost this accessories. We have now black list this customer infinitely.

Simon Lee of Ottawa is a customer who wants freebies. Customer lost accessories and now wants another set. Manufacturer has confirmed to us that the package includes the accessories and even show him the email stating this. Manufacturer states that accessories lost are not cover by warranty. Customer has been black listed infinitely from purchasing from our website and retail stores.
