Dirty, poor quality, same price as all other nail places that are cleaner and better. Won't go back!

The staff in this salon need lessons in customer service. I went in, there were two customers and I wanted to do one thing, and they told me "No, we are busy". It was way before their closing time! I had read the reviews online and still decided to go there, big mistake. I will not be going back.

They do SUCH a good job, and its the least expensive place ever. The staff is always really sweet too. I love it.

Very Dissapointed

When I called to book an appointment I asked if they did Sculpted Gel, the gentleman said yes. When I came in they told me that this wasn't something they did. So I would up doing the regular gel on my broken nail. I had colored tips previously and she told me that they can't remove the current color tips (not sure why, they have done it before). She painted over it with nailpolish and then put a nailpolish top coat on. I'm just waiting for this to chip since there is no gel protective coating. Very disappointed, they didn't offer any real service and didn't understand what I was saying when I asked why they couldn't remove the previous color tips. I will not go back.
