Paypal Canada

I have been billed for something that I did not purchase as I do not have a paypal account and I am trying desperately to speak to a customer service representative to have this corrected. the telephone number listed on this website is a fax number....how can you run a business without clients/customers able to access a real person.

The sign up process makes you do the same thing over and over until you realize you don't need a google or a facebook account to sign in with.
