HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALON

I went to this salon because there was an ad on groupon for a great deal! The deal was $59 for a haircut with style, deep scalp treatment with massage, and full color. As soon as I got there the owner of the store was being very rude to me, didn't even greet me. Her first impression was terrible and everything else went terribly from that moment on. I told her I know there may be a $10 charge for hair below the shoulders and she said that applies to the haircut. It will be much more for colour. So I asked her how much more and she told me $100. I was outraged. I told her what color I wanted & she immediately said that it would bleed because it's red, my pillows will be red, it's too high maintenance, she won't do it. I could not believe how she was speaking to me. It's like as soon as I walked in the door she didn't want to serve or help me. I traveled so far for this appointment and she wanted to charge me so much more for this colour even though it was advertised differently on groupon. She also blamed groupon for their wording. She said I needed to check the fine print about colouring because there's a bigger charge. There is nothing about that on the groupon. I ended up getting the haircut and style. She still charged me an extra $10 for the cut and threw in a conditioner to make up for not colouring my hair. And about 9 extra dollars in taxes. So I got a wash, haircut, and style for $70! Unbelievable. What a waste of my time. I would have rather her salon not answer the phone when I called to make the appointment. I did not appreciate how she treated me or the waste of time coming to her salon. The actual hair stylist that cut my hair was lovely. The owner, the complete opposite. I would advise customers to look elsewhere for better treatment. This salon is TERRIBLE.
