    Long time customer

    Our company has been a customer of Western Tarp for over 10 years now, and they always go the extra mile. They have met our needs on a consistent basis year after year. No project too large or small, they even helped my son with a tarp for his small backyard rink.

They really do have the knowledge and expertise to recommend the best product for any application, and have always found them to be honest and upfront about everything so there are no surprises - we just get exactly what we want.

    Horrible Customer Service in Sales Dept.

    Trying to locate an order. Asked to speak to a manager fo information purposes and was yelled at treated horribly and hung up on... Very porr customer service skills. Not helpful at all.. you better know exactly which tarp you want or you may be yelled at and told to go elsewhere... Horrible.. I would be fired if I spoke to my clients in that way.
