Jerry's Heating & Air Conditioning

Paid for a new furnace and airconditioner in 2002. House is 1350 sq ft. They installed a TRANE 40k btu furnace. It never really heated the back rooms. After the furnace started leaking gas on Friday, I shut down the gas in line to the furnace and power off. I looked for a new furnace and found my house needs a 60k btu (40-45btu per sq ft = 45 x 1350 = 60,750 btu. For 17 yrs we had cold rooms using space heaters. I wont buy a TRANE or deal with this guy again.

I had Bryan recommend and install a new Train furnance and air conditioning system. It works great! Bryan said you get what you pay for. If you pay for the best product you will always be happy. If you cheap out you most likely won't be. It was good advice.

They designed and installed 2 Tonne A/C in our 1600 sq ft. house a while back. Way too small and doesn't cool well at all. Waste of money.

Its been over a w...

Its been over a week and still have had no reply from Jerrys. They came to "fix" our heating system. It worked for a few hours and then the boiler pressure and temp skyrocketed until the unit was banging and shaking. The new pump they installed is also leaking. Since then have had to turn it off and have been in the cold. Jerrys wont answer phone or email. If you enjoy spending $1100 on nothing then Jerry is your man. I don't recommend them.
