we purchased an air conditioner and a furnace from this company in 2008. In june 2017 the air conditioner did not work. we were told that our airconditioner was defunct and a new condenser at a cost of $21000 or a new air conditioner at a cost of $3800 were essential. we had another company fill with refrigerant and, FIVE years later, as of summer of 2022, it was still working. He was totally unwilling to help and obviously lacked the knowledge skills for this product.

Speaking to his attitude, regardless of price I would not ever recommend this company. Owner Ivan was abrasive and arrogant. He did not put things back and left a huge mess when finished. I brought it to his attention a he told me it was not him. IT WAS HIM

I've had great experiences with Ivan at Flamborough Air Systems. He installed my Furnace and AC over two years ago. On one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped working. Ivan was able to come within hours of me calling him, and had things working right away, and while he was there performed a couple of required manufacturer upgrades. Ivan explained that the issue was caused by snow blowing into the air intake of the furnace. After clearing the snow everything worked like new.
