I am not sure about the review prior. Her rates are competitive with other salons in town. I went to Jane for a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and she offered me a facial for half price as a wedding gift. This was my first time going there and I was very impressed. She took her time with me I had no discomfort during any of the treatments. I booked follow up appts with her and she let me know right away that she wasnt in good health. She has rebooked me once but I understand she isnt well

I put up with Jane twice raising her fees unannounced (the first time for my very first appointment), and her need to cancel multiple times for health reasons, the discomfort of her nail work, also selling me an unneeded product, but when she double- booked me with another person and took the other ahead of me despite my being first to arrive, without apologizing or even calling me to re-book, even though I left her a message requesting she call, I have no reason to recommend her to anyone else.
