Beyond Poor Service- Never again

Experience has been beyond horrible. Purchased glasses, did not come in original box, case and no authenticity card. Gave us the come back and we will get you a case. Dealing with this company for over one month. Finally we are handed a used case. Yes new glasses with a used beat up case. Store receipts that are given to do not state product or serial number. Owner authenticated the glasses by writing on a business card. Claims to be a Tiffany Dealer. According to Tiffany, They are Not!!

No respect to customers. Rude, and don't want to take any responsibilities. My prescription might be wrong but they want me to wait for 1 week. Just solve the problems and show some me respect!!

Terrible experience - incompetent staff

Terrible experience. The person conducting my eye exam missed that I had a pronounced stigmatism something which another optometrist noticed within 30 seconds (after I decided I wouldn't go back to Best Value Optical again because of the pushy service)... The prescription they gave me was incorrect (I now have expensive lenses which are useless for me). Additionally the service was awful, extremely pushy and aggressive. A thoroughly unpleasant experience and incompetent examination. I should have listened to my instinct and just walked out.
