Very poor customer service. Purchased a wool area rug and they needed full payment before placing order. That should be a clue right there. Rug couldn’t be delivered so we picked it up. Rolled out the rug and it had buckling in the centre as well as other areas. Their first excuse was humidity and when that didn’t fly they said it was the serging( done by their company) their remedy was to have a brand new 100% wool carpet steam cleaned by AAA. .Buyer beware and don’t deal here.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you feel this way. We are following the directions from the carpet manufacturer to try and resolve this problem. Any direction we have given has come direct from them.
