Baldwin Street Burger

About a year ago this was a 5 star local burger joint, now a different story. Service has gone down hill. Waited almost an hour for pickup that they forgot to announce was ready.. They then accused me of not paying..which I did aprox 60 minutes prior. I asked if the food was warm they nodded. Complete utter LIE. Cold food.. Poor service what has happened???? AVOID on a Friday /Saturday night. Clearly they do not have staff to deal with large number of orders. ????

I went to this place not too long ago, i absolutely loved my poutine. But my burger was not what i was expecting. One of the staff saw i wasn't too happy with my order as i was leaving. This gentleman actually ran down the street in mid winter in a t-shirt to catch up with me , so he could refund me for my burger. I thought this was spectacular. You just never see that anywhere else. I will for sure be back just because of that. Keep up the good work guys !

Absolutely Delicious - Organic Too

This is the best burger place I have ever eaten at (numeruos times now), the burgers are insanely good, homemade and made of organic beef! The onion rings are unreal (and i dont even like onion rings), the gravy is awesome even for dipping your burger in and the deep fried pickles are perfect!
