They messed up my oil change 2 out of 3 times. I always bring my own oil as i use Amsoil Full synthetics oil and oil filter. They come in 946ml bottles and my Mazda 6 requires 4.5L the first oil change they under filled with 3.5L only. Second time was fine. 3rd oil change they overfilled by 700ml. They made a mistake, I called them on it and wanted it fixed as overfilling can cause engine oil frothing and cause damage. They called me crazy and a bad customer and was kicked out.

Went in to put my all seasons on and oil change.I get there and told this I hit amount for yearly check up and will take 2 hours and is $263. Would've been nice if someone told me this earlier! Had this booked for over a week and when I go to pick up my car im told they don't have my tires and I will have to come back. They told me I won't be charged for the tire change but that came with my service and wasn't going to be charged anyways! So they gave me free something that already was free!

I waited for over...

I waited for over two hours for a simple oil change with no compensation or apology. When I confronted the issue I was met with nothing but a confused look. I wasn't informed of the delay until I had to ask why my car was sitting outside still after an hour, when they told me an hour would be the longest for the entirety of it. It's sad because I used that hour to test drive cars for my fiance and we had chosen the one we wanted to buy. Now we will purchase elsewhere.
