Best Buy

We went to Best Buy today looking for a new sound-bar for our TV, we were maybe in the store looking at the sound-bars for a few seconds before an employee named Hunter approached us, he was super friendly and knowledgeable on all the sound-bars and other electronics in the store, he made such a previously frustrating experience we had early that day at other stores seem so easy as he assisted us through the entire process and had us leaving the store satisfied and excited for our new purchase!

Answer your damn phone not a good way to treat your customers

I would just like to send out a big thank you to Max the Geek Squad agent who bent over backwards to help me. I arrived at the counter and was welcomed with a smile and Max proceeded to help me with an issue on my cell phone and several questions about my new computer He put me at ease and explained everything in great detail at a pace I could handle (slowly). He was professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have never had such good customer service and I hold Max in very high esteem. Bonni

Bad customer service, wont shop here again

Was looking for some decency from best buy when I bought a product, moved halfway across the country, and when everything was unpacked, i went in to exchange a product that didn't work for something different and was told there was nothing they could do because the sticker that sealed it had been peeled (how do you know if an electronic works unless you test it?). Needless to say I'm upset at the poor customer service this company has and after many purchases there, that will be my last one.
