Excellent job. Service by technician went above and beyond to bring our carpets back to life. We will definitely be using Elements from now on for our carpets.
Excellent job done on the carpets, and I am particular! Superb quality job, carpets have NEVER been cleaner or looked better, no noxious fumes or unpleasant, strong scent, quick drying and carpets feel great underfoot (no stickiness!), 10/10 professional, high-quality, efficient and friendly service done at a good, fair price, I will definitely use Elements again and refer them on to friends and family.

Bob and his team were excellent. They are very thorough and take pride in their work. They are fair and flexible and want to ensure you are happy with the end product. We had our carpet cleaned, an area rug cleaned and restored and our tile and grout cleaned. Everything turned out so well and very clean. I would highly recommend them!

Company came to clean the dirt out of my grout in the Kitchen as well as shampood the upstairs carpets. The cleaning was phenomenal and I would recommend this service to anyone.

We had our carpets in our house done as well as an area rug, Bob was very professional from the time he pulled up till the time he left, I was impressed that he put down a plastic sheet under my are rug before he cleaned it so no to get water on my wood floors. I have had my area rug clean by another company but it never came out as clean as it did this time. I like the fresh smell of his deodorizer that was left behind as well. over all I am very happy with the work and the service level.

Hi Brian I appreciate the time you took to write a review . We normally do our area rug cleaning at our rug shop called the rug cleaning express . We offer pick up and drop off service . If the client wants it done in their home we will accommodate by using platic under area rugs to keep the floors safe from any moisture. Glad you were very satisfied with our services. My first review was removed,not sure why.It was truthful in that you did not do what was outlined in the work order.Brought your 16 yr old to help with a huge cleaning job then blamed her when all the dirt,dust and lack of attention to detail was brought to your attention.Emptied your machines in our sink and clogged the pipes with paint chips,had to hire a plumber.The maid who came after could not believe the amount of dog hair and dirt you left behind. Extremely disappointed.

Hello Not sure why it was taken down other than the fact your mother wrote a similar review 3 down ? Anyways , like i stated in your moms response we did miss a few things . It was my fault i took ownership and hired another company to remedy the issue . The basement sink was original to the 1950's west side wartime house. After 70 years plumbing tends to need some attention. May God bless you and your family
I live in Tecumseh and have kids and pets.I found Bob on yellowpages .Bob showed up on time and was a very friendly person.His rates are reasonable! My carpets were badly stained and at one point we thought we had to throw them out and buy new. Bob came in and my carpets look brand new ! Im a satisfied customer and will be using Elements Carpet cleaning and restoration again ,I highly recommend him and his company!! Thanks Bob

Thank you for leaving us a review . This happens all the time where people think they have to remove and replace their carpets . We come in and are able to remove all the dirt and stains . Not all stains come out but we use the latest in stain removal techniques.
Had hired other companies to clean the carpet stains caused by my dogs. None could offer the expertise and courteousness that I received from Elements! Would definitely hire them again next time, smell and stains gone!
Very unprofessional. Hired to thoroughly clean & disinfect walls, windows, baseboards, floors in all rooms of newly purchased small home that was very dirty-to prep for painting. Huge dust webs on ceilings and walls, layers of dust on window casings, and this was after he said he personally cleaned these areas. Would never recommend this company to anyone. He said he cleaned & disinfected wood floors prior to putting a glossy finish on floors - dust & dog hair now imbedded in finish! Don't hire

We did miss a few things on the inital cleaning . I quickly appoligized and hired a maid service to remidy the dust issues. The maid called me after 40 min and said everything is clean i said i will pay you for 4 hours make sure client is happy . I was very upset when i read this because when you work that hard you want people to be happy . I made a mistake and made it right its dust were talking about here. The floor had pre existing damage that could only be fixed by a full sanding stain and recoat this was explained.
Needed a quick cleaning before Christmas. The team at Elements were able to fit us in same day. Prompt and professional service that made our carpets look amazing! Thank you Bob.
Elements carpet cleaning came to my house the same day he gave me a quote to clean an area rug. He arrived during an ice storm and did an excellent job. He did both sides of the rug and charged me 20.00 less than the quote. I'm pleased with the results and I will definitely use his services again.
