Have to say you need a better telephone system. I do not understand when I am calling the operation locally it has to go through another city and explain what I want to them. Waiting for someone to ever answer the phone is very slow process. I called today...the phone rang I waited for someone to answer and then all of a sudden I am back on hold. A total waste of my time. It is easier to drive to the location rather than call your headquarters. Very disappointed.

Customer service is friendly, thorough, and somewhat relaxed. Arrive for your appt. with a minimal wait, if any, and receive their undivided attention to your information, your requirements and any questions you may have. Above and beyond in friendly service!
