Worst service ever! Don’t waste your time and money. The owner lady is a big liar and rude. The worst experience ever! Terrible!

Horrible customer service. Went looking to find a baptism suit for my son. Told the owner I would be back if I didn't find another at the same great price she had for boxing day. I found the suit else where but needed to buy the cardigan/sweater from solo bambini that was $59.95 bc it was not part of the complete package for the suit. When I went to pick it up, it was 119.99 all of a sudden. The half price only applied if the suit were to be purchased. Owner not a person of her word. False adver

I went to this store with my 6 month old son looked around and said I would return after I feed him when I returned the person working there was mad that I asked to see what I was looking at previously and wouldn't show me because she had shown me already. Sorry when you're looking to spend $300 on a suit for a baby this is not the type of "service" that should be given. Extremely rude and this lady/owner has a very bad attitude. So many stores carry these brands go elsewhere.

Definately Not Worthy of Luxury Brands Carried

Think before shopping for luxury children brand name clothing at this establishment, the staff / owner lack customer serviceskills and policies for return are absurb. Many other fine high end retailers in the GTA offer the same products with impeccable service.
