HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We came here since my husband had used them in the past. We brought our winter jackets to be cleaned(3 jackets)earlier this month, we took off the fur in case they ruined that. We picked them up the following weekend, we thought everything was great until my husband used his jacket that didn’t have a hood on it (the only one that the hood comes out from the 3 jackets). We have gone back a few times to complain and ask for the hood and they seem to not be able to find it. We are never going back!

Horrible Overall Service

Very poor customer service. Very poor. Even if English is a second language, customer service should be spoken the same. I brought in a winter jacket and three pairs of pants to be hemmed. Brand new. Still in original package. Told them no rush as I had an entire week until they were needed. I picked up everything and my mistake was not checking them on spot. Why would I? Was a simple task. Instead as I took them out of the package to wear them, NONE of them were hemmed. Horrible Service
