Toujours très satisfaite du service de cette compagnie sont juste super bon lâcher pas ??

I’m disappointed as I was expecting reliable service. They’re inconsistent with their service. On a heavy snow day, they might come at 11Am and again at 1pm, rather than leaving a larger window to come pick up the snow from the evening. It snowed 8cm yesterday and they didn’t pass at all, when their competitors did. They only passed today because more snow had fallen. A couple weeks ago, they didn’t pass on my side of the street at all, but did for a the other side.
