Needing to place an order for approximately $3000 worth of flowers for a charity event, I went in to Jane's Floral. I waited for 5 minutes while a man behind the counter took a personal call to discuss his floundering business and how people just walk right by his shop. I was not acknowledged, nor was I greeted. Knowing that there are better and more professional firms in the city, I walked out. I am not surprised his business is having issues given the complete lack of customer service and professionalism.

I am sorry that you had to experience the poor choice i made by being on the phone.I agree i should have acknowledged you when you came in the door.Thank you for bringing the lack of customer service to my attention.I will learn from it and work on improving from it.
