Ordered in Aug 2019 pd in full still nothing Feb 2020 ..going back to Visa to dispute sale and see if I can get refund

Empty promises from sales, misleading tactics, missed deadlines, no response for the president John Malinowski. All this after they have your money. No idea how they stay in business? Very Dissatisfied !

STAY AWAY!!! this company sells on lies and can not deliver, i ordered a machine in November after being told its ready next week, next week, next week, i gave up and cancelled my order on january 23, its almost a month past and have still yet to receive even a notification or acknowledgement of when i will get my refund. Im out $12000 for a small business that can be make or break

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!! Their products are expensive and poorly made. As for the way they treat staff and other contractors who work for them; WATCH YOUR BACK! They have absolutely no morals or values and you won't get your money! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! You will get burned!

John malinowski never returns calls, I've called weekly for nearly a year to inquire about my replacement machine after loosing it In the Alberta wild fire. It's been paid In full since September 2016 promised to be delivered in December still no machine! Or a call back
