Bought a great sofa from them and had no issue, the customer service was friendly and they were more then happy to help me with anything I needed, I went back and got the matching loveseat and chair. Unfortunately the other reviews don’t match my experience. I’ll be back

TERRIBLE customer service when you need work done. Would never buy from there again. Very rude and condescending attitude. Good luck with your warranty. Buyer beware!

Doesn't honor warranty. Gives the runaround, beats the customer down until they cave and pay the money to have the item replaced/repaired. BUYER BEWARE!!!
