Bought a new travel trailer from this company last year. The sales people love to see us come but when it came to service that’s a differant story. I have been given the run around and can’t get anywhere with this company. I last told last year because it was late in the season that everything would be taken care of this year and all parts were ordered last year. This year I’ve been told no one knows about it. Don’t buy from here.

I wish I knew before I purchased a Polaris about the rotten service, or should I say nonexistent. If there is zero that’s what I would write

They've had my boat for exactly 2 weeks as of today for a warranty repair that by their own admission is only a 1.5 hour repair

the way you handle people calling to get service is ridiculous to have to sit by an wait for god knows how long.

Called put on hold for 15 minutes drove to the location was cut off after sitting at the counter for an additional 10 minutes to be told part was unavailable. 20 people on the floor one poor soul on parts.

Brought atv in for warranty work , it was left ouside for 10 days when i went to get it , it wouldnt start they had to put it in my truck with a forklift , charged battery overnight no good , battery was toast , the manager did give me another battery but thats not the point , my atv was never stored outside until i brought it in for warranty
