Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." The bad reviews sound like problem customers

Ya sometimes they seem a little snotty but, they aren't a 5-star restaurant, and I am sure they deal with a lot of ungrateful people every day. Me I have had (ALL things considered) great helpful service with competitive pricing.

Reading these reviews, a couple of comments, Store had a fire....website says closed till Sept 13th, feel bad for the new dealer. Some people will complain about sand in there room in Mexico.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. If you are looking for reputable and genuine towing service, this company is phenomenal! My car was stuck on an incline and the tow truck driver offered his assistance and stayed on the scene to make sure we were cleared safely. He was very professional and very kind. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Anytime I've gone here, the guys know exactly what I need. The last time I went, I needed clips to hold the plastic piece underneath my car. Dylan helped me, and not only did he make sure I got the right ones, he put them in for me. And the prices are totally reasonable!

Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same..
