I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. Thank you Aire One for great service.

We are very happy that we contacted Affordable Heating & Cooling to give us an estimate and install the Fujitsu heat pump.
Tom gave us the estimate and explained how the units work.. any questions we had after he had left we e-mailed and were answered right away.
We felt very comfortable with Tom and his installation Team, Brad and John.
Professional, honest, friendly and good service is what we felt and received their workmanship is top notch…

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!
