I’ve been using Pet Mama’s free delivery service for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been such a relief. No more lugging around big bags of pet food! The delivery is always quick, and the products are exactly what I ordered. They even have same-day delivery, which saved me when I almost ran out of litter once. Super easy to use, and it’s free—definitely worth checking out!

Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.

I have tried a few subscription dog food boxes and have found that after a few weeks my fussy little hound would stop eating them. This has not been the case with NutriCanine fresh dog food. Molly loved the food and they are always improving the recipes and adding new flavours and products. I can honestly say that this has been the best subscription I have tried! The customer service is 2nd to none too .. if you need to make a change to your date or amount of food to be shipped they just do it.

Yesterday I had my dog groomed for the first time at this particular location as my regular groomer for over 8 years quit and I was extremely happy. My dog does not like getting groomed and Alice did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. She is very nice and does a great job. Thanks again.

I find all the staff at virtually each Pet Valu I visit to be polite, helpful and genuinely caring about animals. They take pride in the products they offer, especially the high quality goods. We acquired our latest pets, three rescue cats, through their placement program and we couldn’t be happier. They were helpful, kind and,most importantly ethical. Very nice job!

This store was Etobioke's best kept secret.
Until now.
An increasing number of people are flocking to buy exotic and tropical birds at very reasonable prices and the selection is amazing!
Handfed baby birds are also in stock.
From African Greys to a pet budgie, this store carries a vast selection.
You can also do special orders for puppies as well. Each puppy comes with 1st needle and dewormed plus Health records.
We are pet lovers and we endorse this store for their low prices and excellent selection of birds and puppies.
