I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

Best purchase I ever made! We use the tub daily. Maintenance is a breeze with the UV system. Did a lot of research before buying and found Jacuzzi to be the best value. Service at the store is incredible.

Had my pool closed the other days by the Pool Store. Trevor and his partner did a very good job. They answered all my questions regarding the closing and solved all the problems that came along during the process of closing. I am recommending the team to anyone who is closing/opening the poll. They also installed the liner back in June and had no complains at that time either . Good job!
