The store in owned by such incredibly kind people, the type that make you feel like family when you go in. Excellent service! Had my MS Surface tablet 3 got malfunction from being placed in a luggage that got wet during my recent travel, initially the tablet was working but couldn't charged, had to wait till I got back to Vancouver to access any further damage. Did an initial website search found 2 computer repair shops, Tech Spot kept me on hold for over 15 minutes, hung up & phoned Optic PC. Told Sam my problem & he fixed it in 2 days, saying it was the motherboard & charger that wasn't working.

Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. The team at Parkgate were able to negotiate a complex change in the medical coverage provided by my former employer. I am so glad I switched to this Pharmacy.

I found this florist online, and was thoroughly impressed by the designs that I saw on their very helpful website, especially the Japanese designs. They were absolutely beautiful! Great experience all around. Murray was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions and recommendations to help us narrow down our choice.
The delivery was done on time and the guys were in and out in no time. We went over the chairs to check for damage and we tested them, all was great. They cleaned up all the packing materials then were on their way.
