Silk Road is without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Toronto. The lamb skewers are perfectly tender, moist, and brilliantly spiced. The laghman is delightful. The lamb soup is superb. The service is friendly. A little out of the way, but completely worth visiting.

BUT YOUNG GEORGE COOKS JUST LIKE HIS DAD(GEORGE).EVEN MY HUSBAND ATE THERE BEFORE I MET HIM AND HE ALWAYS REMBERED GEORGE AND TINA, WHAT GOOD MEALS THEY MADE. The service was excellent. Servers were polite. We didn’t have reservations, and the pub was crowded but they managed to give us a table. That’s how well they treat the customers. Food was good and the community band was very good . We danced away the night through early morning .

I have been ordering from other restaurants and the food and service was best so far. The service was although the best so far, but not the best you can get on busy days. But during Christmas days, the service was the BEST ever, because there was not just one server but 2, the younger, taller one with the better English was a great help; she helped me load the food on to my car, which was a great help for a old me.
The food that I bought was enough for my party (which had over 60 people), and was all that expensive for a group this size.
The place is very clean for a resturant, but a bit too small to fit a large crowd.
Another time where I had to put it on delivery, although there was a 4hour range, the food was still nice and hot, and the chicken was still crispy, just the way I like it.
Overall I would give The Sun BBQ a 5/5 (6/5 if I could) because it's the best anyone can get (especially during Christmas times). I would definitely recommend this to everybody, no matter how big the group or small, there is something for you to enjoy.
