Dan, Zack and Nader installed a new furnace and Air Conditioner in our house today. Excellent service from start to finish. Our experience was smooth from the moment Corinne arrived to give us advice and a quote. We loved that someone came to us with colour samples and then took photos and provided us photos. She continued to help with trim selections. From then to the final order, installation and billing all went extremely well. And most important the final product which was 2 iron ore walnut coloured garage doors with windows look fabulous and totally changed the look.

My husband and I purchased a full trim package for our home including our closet shelving. The sales person came to our home to measure and help select the trim style as well as offer design tips. Great service. We set up a time for delivery after the drywall guys were finished and it was delivered without damage and it came with a warranty on materials and install. Our home looks amazing, thank you Canada trim!:-)

We got an air-tight fireplace insert from Top Hat (Neo1.6). From sales to fireplace cleaning, to inspection, to installation, the process was so very well coordinated! I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.
