During covid its a relief to know when a non urgent medical need arises on a Sunday, that this walk-in clinic goes above and beyond, to accommodate. From speaking with Doris whom was so kind and caring, calling us back informing us when it was time for us to come in for our appointment, to Doctor Ames gentle approach in dealing with mom. My family doctor became too far for me after moving to a new address so I started walk-in at Shoppers World Walk-in Clinic. I loved. The receptionist was so efficient. The nurse was very concern about my health. She took a blood test as soon as I explained the symptoms I was experiencing. The doctor kindly asked how she could help me. I thought it was going a nightmare because of the high volume of patients, but it worked exactly the opposite. I am currently one of their patients.
