Most recently I received a letter from the city of Markham requiring me to install a backflow preventer on my main water service. Caleb at the store was very knowledgeable,patience and took the time to resolve my issues, when other customer service reps at that store gave me incorrect info and had sent me home I had to return back and then Caleb assisted me with my issues. There should be more people hired like him who are willing to do their job and not just dismiss customers.
