Caleb at the store was very knowledgeable,patience and took the time to resolve my issues, when other customer service reps at that store gave me incorrect info and had sent me home I had to return back and then Caleb assisted me with my issues. I was purchasing a new CPAP machine because my health/insurance doesn't cover the cost. Everyone at CPAP Solutions were so helpful and friendly. I felt like I wasn't rushed at all. They explained my new machine to me since I was going from a set programmed machine to an auto machine. When I brought my old machine they cleaned and set it to my new prescription so I now have the new and old machine I can use. Thanks so much for figuring out my old machine when nobody else could!
