I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. Technician showed up, walked me through how to disassemble my dryer, check for lint built up, how to do routine maintenance, and he had the part to fix my dryer on hand!

Not sure why this place has really bad reviews. I got an appointment Friday Morning 9:15am, place was busy, staff were friendly, clean place, doctor Efrem Mendelcorn was ok. Only bad thing is there is a long waiting time, 2-3 hours to get things done.

Not only was Faz dedicated to finding the root causes of my body aches, blockages and pains but he showed patience and paid close attention to what my body needed. Initially I went through a sort of shock when he started with the actual massages, but after a second visit my body was much more relaxed and could enter easily into a meditative state. He has also left me with homework so to speak, small stretch routines, etc. I can tell his intuition is transactional with all clients and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
