Benjamin offered good advice moving forward with his expertise and knowledge related to pros and cons of the various options for dentures vs implants and bridge/crowns. Honest, I had issues with my AC to the point I thought I had to replace it. Carlos came looked at everything, and although he could have taken advantage and sold me on a new AC. He did not and fixed such a small issue and gave lots of advice. I haven’t found someone as honest lately. I would definitely recommended him, and call him again.

Builder did not agree with my claim, and I reported the issue to Tarion as warranty claim. David was able to provide me with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations that showed in fact the furnace installed in out house was undersized. It was a crucial piece of document to support my claim.

Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
