I contracted Tony to renovate my basement suite apartment. Excellent quality work at a fair price. Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I will continue to use him in the future and highly recommend his work.

Great company! They came in, the wifey and I discussed with their estimator about what renovation we needed done in our house, and by the end of the day they had called back and emailed a written quote which was Fair by today's standards. We did our own research and figured out a ballpark cost and they came in even a bit low of what we hoped to pay which was nice for once. Anyways, all said and done, they finished the job ontime and in the amount of time they said it would take. The final result was exactly what we expected from professionals. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with SSAM Roofing . The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers! I recently bought a Thomasfield home in Grand Valley. The house was about 3 years old and I was unaware of the previous history of the home and repairs made by the original owner. Soon after moving in, I noticed a few puddles in the basement. Thomasfield responded very quickly, took the time to find all the leaks, reconstructed the back side of my house, and repaired all damage within the house. These men were kind, consistent, determined, and would not leave until I was satisfied. Very pleased!

We’ve had a great experience with New Lifestyle Homes. You can tell they build a quality home. Honestly, it’s almost like you’re getting your family member to build the house. Something to note is they don’t have a lot of 2 car garage lots, but we were very happy with what we got.
The standard finishes are quite high compared to others and I feel their pricing for upgrades is very reasonable.
