Furnace/Air Cond. was leaking water onto the basement floor. I called LDR and they came within an hour and a half and fixed it in 15 min. He replaced the old drain hose and when he was done would not accept payment for it. When was the last time you saw any tradesperson do that? What an amazing man. He was also very knowledgeable.

My wife and I recently hired 3DM Contracting Inc. to complete a renovation to our home.
The work required a complete makeover of our master ensuite and also a renovation of a second bathroom, in addition our front entrance way had a removal of existing flooring and installation of tile throughout. The work completed by 3DM and his subcontractors were carried out on time, under budget & exceeded our expectations. We recommend 3DM for any renovation project you may be considering.

We had to move our fence because of city construction (long story). The Fence Man not only gave us the best price when we requested a quote from a few companies but they came right away and did a very good job.
