I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well.. Thank you ProAir and to Mark and the 2 others (never did get their names) !!

We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.

To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, dentist back home make me feel nervous, but my 2 visits with Dr. Singh, I now would say I dont mind it at all. I used to lose sleep before and after a dental visit but now I sleep like a little baby. Dr. Singh and his entire team especially his assistant Jenna are caring, pleasant, friendly and very professional. Propt and Friendly Customer Service! In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

Before seeing Dr.Larry I was getting shots for my pain. I a major back problem with arthritis and scoliosis the toes were numbing and the shots at the pain clinic were not working which meant that I would have to go on steroids or narcotics for pain. Not wanting to do narcotics I was looking for another way to help me. I have now been seeing Dr. Larry for 3 months and I have increased energy, am able to walk an hour or so without pain and am learning my limits.
I am mist pleased!!!

Service level is over 95% We have used this company several times. The latest was a Gas fire routine maintenance which turned out to be a bit more complicated.
When we decided to upgrade our main bathroom we went to Sierra Mechanical.
They are value for money.Graham is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. We have seen the quality of his work both in Plumbing and Gas sectors. I am a Mechanical Engineer and recommend Sierra Mechanical based on my experience in Industry.
