Bought for my 10 year old son he loves it! Does not appear to be cheap. Quality built product. He has drove outside and handles well on ruff surfaces and bumps. Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. My husband and i had an amazing experience shopping for an engagement ring that would match my wedding band. Farhad took time to educate us about what to look for especially when shopping for diamonds. He was very helpful and patient since we really had no clue about all these things. He did everything he could so he could find a diamond that would look good with the band that we chose that was within our budget. We picked it up yesterday and i was extremely happy and satisfied.

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.

2019-03-30th. Today one selling woman just little further on the right side from the entrance by the table have done amazing speech about a product I asked for. For me is important only being fair about a product and people do not have to love me or hate me. If anyone else does something wrong , then of course have to be reported, when comes to the body safety mostly from the customers.
This was a great moment at this Apple RETAIL STORE with asked questiones, that were answered clearly.
