The very best service. If it's a small problem many times they fix it on the spot at at a very reasonable cost. Had their major tune up on my road bike and it rides great. Staff is very knowledgeable, quite friendly and super helpful. Highly
recommend these guys as true professionals.

This summer my wife and I decided that we wanted to start riding again, the problem was is that my bike needed a major tune up! I called around and visited Cactus Bike & Ski. I love Ridley’s Cycle. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and the atmosphere is very accommodating. Thanks to Callum(I am not sure of the spelling of his name)... for taking care of my road bike(Speed-name of my bike). I am always happy to recommend this place. My friend Lailan bought her bike here and she’s enjoying her bike and the service as well!

They were friendly and fast with the repairs that I needed. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. They also got an oil change done in less time than a drive oil service for your car AND it was virtually the same price if i had bought the oil/filter myself.

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.
