Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in. After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready.
