Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. I am very happy with their service, I had sever pain and it was 6 pm. my dentist was closed, I was trying to reach to any dental office, I called toothport as it was the only office around me open, they got to see me at 7:45 pm. I was amazed by the way everyone treated me and cared about my pain.

Could not have asked for a more professional and thorough move.
They understood the restrictions with the elevator times on the receiving end of the move, and were very accomodating to ensure the furniture was unloaded on time. Last time I used a moving company, it was a disaster....and that was a "Big Name" company. Would definatley recommend the Barrie office to anyone moving in the Barrie area.

Mai has been really helping with our family. Two daughters have lymes, rocky mountain fever and a host of symptoms and I have migraines.
