I have been to other driving schools in Toronto, and failed my G1 exit test twice before coming to Advanced Road Craft in Kitchener. The quality of service and instruction that I got at ARC is significant in comparison. Trustworthy, professional, attentive, and great customer service. Worth every penny and I will be coming back for other lessons they offer (winter, highway, etc.)! A+ for Mick (in-class) and Andrew (in-car) as instructors!

I needed a formal document called Heat Loss/Gain Calculations for my newly built house to prove that the builder has undersized a furnace for our house. Builder did not agree with my claim, and I reported the issue to Tarion as warranty claim. David was able to provide me with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations that showed in fact the furnace installed in out house was undersized. It was a crucial piece of document to support my claim.

Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. Honestly, I hate having to go buying tech. I mean I love tech but the buying experience is ALWAYS terrible. But Future shop always has it's line in service. Especially this location. Whether it maybe cellshop or Tech support, there's always someone who's willing to help. I bought my iPhone 5, had a problem with the battery and power button, replaced it super fast with my warranty there. My Sony Vaio hard drive crashed, got it replaced within 2 days! Honestly super amazing! They didn't even ask anything what I did to it. Just gave me a form saying I left my laptop with them!
Overall everyone there is amazing. A couple of people would be Jay from Sales in Computers, Brian I believe in "Connect pro (Tech support) and unfortunately I don't recall the assistant in cellshop. But even though someone specified in that department might not be there at that time. another associate from a department will help you find a suitable sales rep! Hands down amazing.
