Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.

Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. When they came out to fix my problem, they had it fixed very quickly and even offered some suggestions from preventing the loss of suction from happening again. Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One. The monthly rate is very affordable and the idea of not having to worry about any additional costs if something were to happen was a great option for us.

My wife and I are new to the Ajax area and we saw Dr.Patel's advertisement on the Durham Region Transit bus. The kind receptionist was able to accommodate our busy schedules as they have very convenient hours of operation. The staff in general were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable.
