I called Dr. Drone in Dartmouth with firmware issues on my DJI Phantom 3 Advanced. I spoke with Justin. He walked me through the process of getting it straightened out. I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!

Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

My teenage son recently took my truck away for a weekend, and the battery went dead. He got the truck boosted, and the stereo wouldn't work after the boost. I took it to the dealer, and they said it was more than a blown fuse, and the stereo would need to be replaced at a cost of $600 -$800. I decided to try Atlantic Car Stereo, where I was looking to buy a new stereo, they suggested that I should try and repair it first. It is now repaired, and the cost was a little over $100.
