Took the wifes car in and dropped it off because the remote start wasnt working. Got a call mid day to here it just needed to be reset so not having to buy new unit. Awesome people very honest i reccomend and will go back amazing service!!!?

Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright. The moving carts were a major convenience. We initially chose this company because of easy access to central Kingston. We would use this company again and are happy to recommend it.

Brayden Pumps was an excellent company to use, I was in an emergency state with house closing in 3 days and the well pump went, Brayden and his father were so very helpful and most certainly got the job done in good time and everything working in top form, they also did the cleanup of the yard from the well digging. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. We scheduled a date/time for them to come by to do the work and they called a couple of times to confirm the time. They showed up at the scheduled time and the work they did was excellent quality. I am very impressed with the personal service and dedication of this new privately owned business in Kingston. They go out of their way to service you and to answer your technical questions. They even have an in-house welder repair centre which is long over due in this area.
The other thing I noticed when I walked through the door was that they actually carried lots of stock, what a concept in this day and age. I found a good variety of products and main brands to choose from and their new "Free" mig gun deal was unreal!
I will reccommond this business to everyone I know!
